Sonja Williams

As a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist and ordained minister, I help clients create the quality of life and the loving relationships that their hearts desire. I also assist clients who are facing the painful life challenges and relationship difficulties that are common to being human – sometimes due to bad choices, sometimes due to not making timely choices, and sometimes because bad things just happen, even to good people. Therapy is a safe place where you can confidentially and without judgement, work through disappointment, unwanted thoughts and feelings, and embarrassing moments.  In my practice we use the lessons of the past to maximize the potential in the future for abundant love and life.  While I wont tell you what to do, I will help you to see your circumstances from different vantage points, to recognize the strengths and resources available to you, to develop new strategies, tools and skills that set you on track to achieve your hopes and dreams.  The next step is yours…it’s your choice.  My role is to help you to choose wisely – to choose life.

I am a firm believer in the Serenity Prayer that encourages us to accept the things we cannot change, to change the things we can, and to seek the wisdom to know the difference. Some things and some people will not change. The good news is that even a little change in the right direction can transform our lives and our relationships. Choice is our greatest defense against stagnation, failure and discouragement. Why not choose to make a change today. I would love to help you maximize your potential to have the love, life and success that is possible for all of us. Let’s get started today. I look forward to hearing from you.
