We use the techniques informed by the latest and most trusted research for individuals experiencing personal life challenges that can be overwhelming and even debilitating. We work with adults of all ages, teens, and young children.
Our therapists can help provide the tools needed to navigate the varied stages and changes in love and life over time. Not only can we help you to stay together, we can help you to create a reason worth staying.
We are marriage and family therapists, specifically trained to navigate the most complicated relationship dynamics, and to help facilitate healing in your most precious connections.
Our therapists offer youth services on a number of topics related to building self-esteem & self-confidence, school/behavior problems, blended family life, surviving separation and divorce, healing from unhealthy touch, and managing mental illness.
Many of our therapist also hold positions of leadership in our local churches in the areas of premarital counseling, marriage enrichment, prayer and meditation, and counseling.
Our team uses the PREPARE/ENRICH relationship assessment which has empowered and energized more than 3 million couples over the last 30 years. Our therapists customize pre-marital counseling experiences for each couple’s needs.
After your premarital counseling is complete, our founder, Sonja Williams, a licensed, ordained minister in the African Methodist Episcopal (AME) church, is able to officiate your wedding ceremony.
We using coaching as an approach for processing your personal and/or relational challenges when a clinically diagnosable condition is not playing a role in the challenges you are facing.
